An evening full of stars – The Gourmet Night 2.0
Ten top chefs with a total of twelve Michelin stars, seven renowned wineries, and over twenty select partners made this evening an event that touched all the senses.
Among the culinary stars:
Manuel Ulrich (Ösch Noir), Patrick Mahler (Focus Atelier), Stefan Heilemann (Widder Restaurant), Sebastian Obendorfer (Eisvogel), Simon Tress (Restaurant 1950), and many others who added their own signature to the evening.
Every dish told a story—of tradition, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
From salmon with Imperial Caviar “Ossetra” to beef tartare with duck liver rice and cassis or parsnip and cherry—each dish was a culinary work of art, accompanied by top wines from houses such as Antinori, Ruinart, Vega Sicilia, and Fritz Haag.
The evening was musically accompanied by DJ The Ger-Man, who seamlessly transformed the elegant tones of fine dining into the atmosphere of a luxurious after-party.
