There is no fixed minimum order quantity for our standard range of glass jars, nut shots and big bags. For personalised products with your logo or custom-shaped gummies, minimum quantities may apply depending on the product. We will clearly state these quantities in your individual quotation.
02 How long does delivery take for personalised products?
Standard products are generally available within a few working days. For personalised products such as logo printing, branded boxes or custom-shaped gummies, please allow several weeks depending on the scope of the project. We will provide you with the exact delivery timeframe together with your quotation.
03 How long do the snacks last and how should they be stored?
Our nuts and dried fruits are freshly roasted and delivered in airtight packaging. When stored in a cool and dry place, they have a shelf life of several months. The exact best-before date is stated on every package.
04 Are allergens and ingredients clearly labelled?
Yes. All products are labelled in accordance with the applicable food information regulations. Upon request, we can also provide product specifications and allergen lists for your internal documentation.
05 Do you deliver to Switzerland and Austria?
Yes. We supply hotels throughout the DACH region, including numerous hotels in Switzerland and Austria.
06 What personalisation options are available?
